Every Sunday evening (or Monday morning — no guilt).

1. What got done this week? — Take 30 seconds to feel good.

2. What's rolling over? — Archive what's irrelevant. Keep what matters.

3. What are the 3 most important things next week? — Write them in Today's Focus.

4. Are my time blocks still realistic? — Life changed? Adjust. Give yourself permission.

5. What do I need to protect for myself? — Sleep, a workout, time to breathe. Block it.
🧠 ADHD Reminders
✦ A captured task cannot ambush you. Write it, forget it until its time.

✦ Done beats perfect. A 60% system you use beats 100% you abandon.

✦ Block the category, not every task. "School — 7pm" is enough.

✦ You will fall off. That's normal. Reentry is the skill, not perfection.
